Can I return my item, even though it’s made to order?
Absolutely you can! The only items exempt from returns is any personalised goods. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and although everything we sell is made to order, we always strive to make the customer happy. All we ask is that you make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your item, so we can begin to discuss/arrange an alternative item, or refund. To be eligable for a full refund, we MUST recieve the item within 14 days from you receiving your items.
Do you ever go over your turn-around time?
From time to time, we may do yes. HOWEVER, if we notice we’re becoming exceedingly close to your turnaround time, we’ll be sure to be in contact so there’s no nasty surprises regarding your wait time.
