Can I return my item, even though it’s made to order?
Absolutely you can! The only items exempt from returns is any personalised goods (unless the product is faulty). We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and although everything we sell is made to order, we always strive to make the customer happy. All we ask is that you make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your item, so we can begin to discuss/arrange an alternative item, or refund. To be eligible for a full refund, we MUST receive the item within 14 days from you receiving your items.
Do you ever go over your turn-around time?
From time to time, we may do yes. HOWEVER, if we notice we’re becoming exceedingly close to your turnaround time, we’ll be sure to be in contact so there’s no nasty surprises regarding your wait time.
Who do you use to ship your items?
Do you Take on custom designs?
Unfortunately, not no! We simply cannot dedicate the time to designing logos or converting the file types into a workable vinyl design.
Do you supply wholesale to other small businesses?
Absolutely we do! You can either buy 'off the rail' using our designs, or we work with the business owner creating unique designs that are exclusive to them only. The more you buy, the less it costs! So pop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
